In a highly competitive world market, information in the wrong hands can be disastrous
or fatal for a professional or a business.  The loss of personal information has equally
devastating consequences for the person involved.

As a person who values integrity above all else in her dealings with others, Rosaliene
Bacchus has taken the
IVAA EthicsCheck test (Verification # 06-06-11215) and
would like to assure you of the following:
  • She is not involved in any way with any illegal or unethical practices or activities;
  • She will safeguard all confidential information and will not appropriate such
    information for her personal gain; and
  • She will not agree to nor partake in any business activity that may lead to conflict
    with your interests.

As a member of the Virtual Assistant Networking Association (VANA), Rosaliene
Bacchus also adheres to
VANA Member Ethics.

    MONDAY TO FRIDAY
    9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (PACIFIC TIME)

E-mails and faxes sent during the weekends will be answered promptly on the following
Monday. The same is applicable for public holidays in the United States where she is
located.
SERVICE AGREEMENT

The success of any business relationship is based on the mutual understanding and
agreement of the responsibilities and rights of all parties involved. For this reason, a
Service Agreement is provided which outlines the details of the project or ongoing
support, rates agreed, payment terms, and other important matters essential to a
mutually profitable, enriching, and enjoyable experience.

RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for services offered is determined by number of hours worked. Hours worked
are registered by a time management software that records duration of activities – time
started and finished – by client, project and task.

An hourly rate of US$30.00 (thirty US dollars) is charged for general and ongoing
import/export and other assistance. Retainer discount rates of up to 20 percent are
available with a minimum of 5 hours per week. Other charges apply for complimentary
services, such as translations and market research.

Additional “out-of-pocket” expenses – previously approved by Client – are billed at cost
price (copies of receipts presented).

Invoices for services rendered are issued every two weeks. Payment falls due within 7
(seven) days after invoice date.

Payment can be made through PayPal, business checks, cashier’s (bank) checks or
money orders.
